The Electric Union of Cuba, to guarantee the generation, transmission, distribution and commercialization of electricity to all its customers and with the purpose of serving with quality and achieving maximum satisfaction of them, makes available to the population the utility numbers for their information and report any breakdown 24 hours a day.

The number of reports to outages and breakdowns at the national level is: 18888

You can call that number from landlines or mobile phones at any time of the day and will automatically respond to your province's information center.

Each municipal and charter unit has its own contact numbers to process any doubts, discomfort or dissatisfaction with the contracted electric service. Cuban Directory currently manages an entire guide with these numbers, however, we amend its general search service with the word UEB or UNE.
